This apartment development is proposed on a flat 1.6-acre site in Clackamas, Oregon, near I-205. The 42-unit development will undergo a change of zoning to increase the allowable density. The site will connect with the existing street system, which bisects the site, leading to a medium-density neighborhood. Each building is a mixture of townhomes and flats.
