The apartments engage the street with a contemporary Northwest style, with parking located on the interior of the site. The ground floor is sunken slightly to reduce the building height. Perimeter retaining walls separate private yards while keeping a visual connection to the street. the design left room for a phase 2 development at the Back of the site.
