Greenbox was hired to evaluate the potential of a site in SW Portland. This proposal for a mixed-use building includes space for a retail tenant and four commercial tenants across four floors. Covered balconies and public areas adjacent to the commercial uses create unique and attractive spaces that increase visibility and draw people in from the street. The building includes tuck under parking and south facing metal cladding to reduced solar heat gain and provide a sense of privacy on the glass facade facing Barbur Blvd.
